Dansk Selskab for Interprofessionel Læring og Samarbejde i Sundhedsvæsenet inviterer til et seminar

Torsdag den 1. december 2011 kl. 10-16 på Kolding Sygehus.

På dette seminar er fokus lagt på, hvordan interprofessionel læring og samarbejde kan støtte samarbejdet mellem professioner og sektorer, med henblik på at skabe en bedre sammenhæng i patientforløbet.
